Refund policy

If Larpspot does not work on your device, ask within 14 days and we refund you. No form to fill in, no justification required, no arguing about whether you followed the instructions closely enough.

Check before you pay

There is no free trial: you pay, then you download. That puts a real obligation on us to tell you in advance whether Larpspot will work for you, so the compatibility page lists every iPhone and iOS version it supports, and what it needs from your Mac — read it first, it takes a minute. If your setup is on that list and Larpspot still does not work, the refund below is not a favour we are doing you. It is the deal.

The 14-day window

Within 14 days of a payment, you can request a full refund of that payment. This applies to a first purchase and to a renewal you did not intend. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this sits alongside — and does not replace — your statutory right of withdrawal.

How to request one

Contact us from the email address you used to buy, and say you want a refund. That is the whole process. We aim to answer within one business day, and refunds are returned to the original payment method — usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling instead

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current period. You keep access until the period ends. If you want both, say so and we will do both. You can cancel at any time from your account.

What we will not refund

We refuse refunds in two cases, and only two:

• Repeated buy-and-refund. If the same person has already been refunded and buys again, we may decline.
• Licences terminated for breach of the terms — namely using Larpspot on a device you do not own, or the prohibited uses in section 4 of the terms of service.

We do not refuse a refund because a third-party app restricted your account, because a new iOS release changed something, or because you simply changed your mind inside the window.

If a new iOS breaks Larpspot

If an operating system update breaks Larpspot for your device and we cannot restore it in reasonable time, tell us. We will refund the unused portion of your subscription even outside the 14-day window. You paid for something that works.
